Becoming a member, is easy, If you are an existing client it is free otherwise, just apply when you visit replenish skin + body. Deposit your $10 admin fee into your members account and start using your rewards deposits towards your next facial, body or hand and nail treatment.
Member benefits:
Memebers accrue reward deposit points (5%) on all Facial and body treatments which may be accumulated up to a 12 month period. Reward deposits may be used against any facial or body treatment of the clients choice (reward points cannot be used to purchase eternity gift vouchers). Members who purchase therapist prescribed products at time of treatment will recieve a further 5% discount on these products.(discount not available on general product purchases, gift voucher redemptions or sales). Door to Door service: A local door to door service is available for some clients of packages who may be experiencing difficulty in travelling to and from their place of residence, this service is offered to clients of local hotels, guest houses and residents. bookings are essential and pick up and drop off times may be outside package appointment times. limited spaces. |

| Late arrivals: clients who arrive late for their pre booked appointment may not automatically receive extensions of treatment time, such extensions may only occur when therapist time is available. |

| Cancellation policy: help us to help you, it takes a considerable amount of time and effort to prepare your treatments, due to the extensive costs involved in late cancellations we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for treatments less than 1 hour and 48 hours notification for treatments and packages greater than 1 hour. failure may incur in loss of deposit or 25% reduction in value of gift voucher. all packages require 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. |

| Package times may vary slightly depending on client preferences, some clients may request changes to their packages, such changes may result in small reductions in time, if such an occurrance eventuates, aditional time where possible may be made available in our retreat room. |

| Requesting a particular therapist, Replenish Skin + Body will endevour to allocate your treatment with with your request, however sometimes such requests may have to be changed at short notice due to unexpected circumstances. Replenish Skin + Body reserves the right to allocate an alternative therapist for any prebooked treatment or service. |
