Appointments Clients are encouraged to make appointments in advance to avoid disappointment, please note that appointments longer than two hours will be held by 25%credit card or gift voucher deposit.
Arrival Replenish recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected Replenish package, allowing time for diagnosis, preparation and pre-treatment relaxation, late arrivals do not normally receive an extension of treatment time. Packages times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on client preferences and time allocated to retreat room, all procedures and treatments will be conducted as per treatment menu, but arrangement may vary to suit individual preferences.
Payment options Replenish accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Eftpos transactions. A minimum of $25 purchase applies on all non-cash payments.
Cancellation policy When making a scheduled visit with Replenish Skin + Body, we allocate your therapist time and prepare specialised rooms for the duration of your treatment. We understand there maybe circumstances that requires changes to your appointment. Replenish Skin + Body appreciate your efforts in meeting the requirements of 24 hours cancellation notice on any treatments and 48hrs cancellation on packages. Clients may incur a cancellation fee of 25% on any cancellation after this time. |
